"I was disappointed the our key was turned off at 9:30 and we had a hard time getting back into our room as we were carrying out our bags. Check out time was 10:00 but I have never been in a hotel where they turned off the key that early. When I checked in I was greeted by a young emplyoee who I am sure had not been in the hotel business long enough to have good customer service skills. When I left i had an older gentlemen who was very good. We were very disappointed by the breakfast since we were told that it was deluxe and it was only doughnuts. I don't consider that deluxe and I have been to many hotels around the country. All in all it was a fun experienc but I probably wont' stay there again..."
